Sunny Isles Capital Holdings, LLC, an affiliate of Knapp Capital Management LLC (KCM) will be the investment manager for the Fund. This partnership with an unencumbered and clean organization offers SIRE Fund I rapid deployment of capital with an organization centered in Integrity, Purpose, Passion and Commitment.
